Confidentiality

Academic, financial & student information kept confidential.

Term & Termination

Valid 1 year; termination with 30 days written notice.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide qualified Japanese language instructors (JLPT N5).
Develop/approve curriculum, lesson plans & study materials.
Conduct classes as per agreed schedule.
Support assessments, mock tests & evaluations.
Maintain quality assurance aligned with JLPT N5 standards.

Facilitate student enrollment & registration.
Provide/manage online learning platform (LMS/virtual classroom).
Coordinate schedules, attendance & communications.
Provide administrative & technical support.
Promote/market the course (as mutually agreed).

Key Legal Notes

IP: Course materials remain MARUGAMEKG IP unless agreed otherwise.
Non-exclusivity: Both parties may collaborate elsewhere if no conflict.
Governing law: Pakistan jurisdiction for disputes.
